Product Category: Heat Press Machine
Product Sub Category: Heat Press
Product Brand: Glory Tech Laser
High Frequency embossing works on the principle of dielectric heating:
High-frequency electrical energy is generated by an RF generator.
The electromagnetic field causes polar molecules inside the material (such as PVC) to vibrate rapidly.
This molecular friction produces internal heat within the material.
Under applied mechanical pressure, the softened material conforms to the embossing die.
Once the RF power is stopped, the material cools and retains the embossed shape.
This internal heating method ensures uniform, fast, and precise embossing.
Generates RF power (commonly 3 kW to 15 kW or higher).
Stable output ensures consistent embossing quality.
Equipped with overload and spark protection.
Made from aluminum, brass, or magnesium.
Contains engraved patterns, logos, or textures.
Determines emboss depth and design clarity.
Apply uniform pressure on the material.
Precision-aligned to ensure even embossing.
Provides controlled pressure during embossing.
Adjustable based on material thickness.
Digital or analog controls.
Adjusts RF power, embossing time, pressure, and cooling cycle.
Air or water cooling for generator and electrodes.
Maintains system stability and extends machine life.
Material Placement
Thermoplastic sheet or component is placed on the lower platen.
Die Positioning
Embossing die aligns with the target area.
Pressing & RF Activation
The press closes, applying pressure and RF energy simultaneously.
Emboss Formation
Material softens internally and forms the embossed pattern.
Cooling & Release
RF power stops, material cools, and the press opens.
One working station.
Suitable for small to medium production volumes.
Two working stations for higher productivity.
One station loads while the other embosses.
Automated feeding and ejection.
Ideal for mass production.
Performs embossing and sealing simultaneously.
Common in inflatable and packaging products.
Produces deep, crisp, and permanent emboss patterns.
Heating occurs internally, reducing cycle time.
No surface burning or uneven heating.
Suitable for embossing and welding simultaneously.
High repeatability with minimal material distortion.
Precise energy control reduces rejects.
Shoe uppers, insoles, logos, branding elements.
Bags, wallets, belts, artificial leather products.
Door panels, seat covers, floor mats.
Blister packs, PVC covers, molded packaging.
Blood bags, IV pouches, medical packaging.
Logos, labels, textured designs.
