Working Principle

1. Digital Design Input
   The print file is created using graphic software and sent to the printer RIP software.

2. Inkjet Printing
   The print head sprays UV-curable ink onto the material surface.

3. UV Curing
   UV LED lamps mounted near the print heads immediately cure the ink, making it dry and scratch-resistant.

4. Flatbed Movement
   The print carriage moves along the X-axis while the bed moves along the Y-axis for precise printing.
