Working Principle

1. Design Creation
   Artwork is prepared using graphic software and processed through RIP software.

2. Printing on Transfer Paper
   The printer prints the design onto special sublimation transfer paper using eco sublimation ink.

3. Heat Transfer Process
   The printed paper is placed on the substrate and heated in a heat press or calendar machine.

4. Sublimation Reaction
   Under heat (180–210°C), the ink sublimates and permanently bonds with the polyester fibers or coated surface.
